Because we access airline inventory directly through Amadeus, we often find unpublished negotiated fares or alternative routings that online engines don't display. When you call, the agent will quote our total price (including any service fee) and you can compare it to anything you've seen online before deciding.
Yes. Once payment is processed, we issue a valid airline e-ticket through the airline's own ticketing system. You will receive the airline's 13-digit ticket number and can manage the booking on the airline's website using the airline's booking reference (PNR).
Some airlines allow us to hold a reservation briefly without payment; others require immediate ticketing. Ask the agent at the time of the call. Holds, where available, are subject to the airline's rules and expiry times.
Airline-initiated schedule changes and cancellations are handled under the airline's policy, not ours. We will contact you if we are notified by the airline, and we can liaise with the airline's trade desk to rebook or refund you per their rules. Any refund eligibility is ultimately determined by the airline.
