The agreement between Worlds Travel LLC and you when you use our travel-agency services.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Worlds Travel LLC through our 24/7 helpline (080 8501 0080), our email (contact@worldstravel.co.uk), and our website worldstravel.co.uk. By contacting us or booking through us, you agree to these terms.
Worlds Travel LLC is an independent travel agency operated by AIRTKTSERVICES LLC. We hold an Amadeus contract (ACN: 84866628) that enables us to issue air tickets on behalf of over 100 airlines. We are not an airline. We do not own aircraft, we do not operate flights, we do not set airline fare rules, and we are not responsible for the operational performance of any airline.
We act as an agent in the sale of airline tickets and related travel services. Your contract for the actual carriage (the flight itself) is with the operating airline and is governed by that airline's Conditions of Carriage. Our contract with you is limited to the booking, ticketing, and post-booking support services we provide.
When you make a booking through us:
Service fees may apply to bookings, changes, cancellations, name corrections, upgrades, and other post-ticketing services. Any fee will be disclosed to you before you authorise payment. Our service fees are separate from, and in addition to, any fees the airline may impose. You may always decline and end the call at no cost if the total price is not acceptable.
Airline fares and seat availability change in real time. The quote provided by our agent reflects the fare available at the moment of quotation. If there is a fare change between quotation and ticketing (for example, due to inventory movement), we will inform you before ticketing and obtain fresh authorisation.
Payment is taken at the time of ticket issuance via major credit or debit card through PCI-compliant channels. All transactions are in pounds sterling (ยฃ) unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion, if any, is performed by your card issuer.
It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure they hold valid travel documents โ passport, visas, transit permits, health certificates, and any other documentation required by the countries of origin, transit, and destination. We may provide general guidance but we are not a substitute for an official consular or government source. Worlds Travel LLC is not liable for denied boarding or entry caused by insufficient travel documentation.
Any change or cancellation request is subject to the airline's fare rules plus any applicable Worlds Travel service fee. See our Changes, Cancellations, and Refund Policy pages for details.
Airlines occasionally make schedule changes, equipment changes, or cancellations. These are governed by the airline's policies. We will pass on information from the airline and help you navigate rebooking or refund options, but we are not responsible for airline-initiated disruptions, delays, or cancellations.
Worlds Travel LLC's liability as a booking agent is limited to acts or omissions in the performance of our agency services. We are not liable for:
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We strongly recommend that every passenger take out appropriate travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other travel risks. Worlds Travel LLC does not sell travel insurance; insurance decisions are the passenger's responsibility.
Our website and its content are provided for general information. We take care to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that all content is error-free or always up-to-date. Pricing quoted on the website, if any, is indicative only; final prices are confirmed by our agent at the time of booking.
All content on worldstravel.co.uk โ including logos, text, graphics, and code โ is the property of Worlds Travel LLC / AIRTKTSERVICES LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Airline names and logos referenced on our site are the trademarks of their respective owners; mention of such marks does not imply endorsement by the airline.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at contact@worldstravel.co.uk or 080 8501 0080. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 28 days. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may pursue dispute resolution through available UK consumer-protection channels.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
